About the Role
As F&B Strategy Manager for Offline Merchant Services, you will primarily manage and own the performance of our merchants in F&B category across our main product and service offerings to merchants, including GoPay merchant solutions and Moka. You will own and drive all strategy initiatives related to acquisition, retention, support - across the entire merchant lifecycle. If you are successful at your role, key business metrics of F&B merchants will grow; a testament to their satisfaction of products and services offered by GTF.
